Tsingtao Brewery said on Tuesday it has agreed to buy Shandong Yinmai Beer Co Ltd, the company`s third takeover in two years.

The maker of Tsingtao Beer spent 1.87 billion yuan ($281.3 million) to take over the Hong Kong-funded company, the second-largest brewery in Shandong province after Tsingtao.
