Thirty foreign talents arewere honored with this year’s Qilu Friendship Award for their outstanding contribution to Shandong’s development.

The annual Qilu Friendship Award is the biggest prize set by Shandong province to award foreign talents engaged in different sectors including in the social, economic and educational fields.

Recent years have seen Shandong claimmake great progress on introducingin utilizing foreign talents. A total of 82,000 foreign talentsforeigners have been introduced to work in relevant sectors in thesethe past five years.
