Opera performers of the Phibada Opera Troupe from the Democratic People`s Republic of Korea (DPRK) present an opera adaptation of "the Butterfly Lovers", a traditional Chinese love tragedy, in Shenyang, capital of northeast China`s Liaoning Province, Nov. 4, 2011. The troupe came for a three-month performance tour around China. The DPRK artists integrated Korean styles of singing and dancing into their telling of the story of "The Butterfly Lovers", which is about a pair of lovers who turn into butterflies after their love is not blessed by the world.
